This RFQ is open for immediate resume submittals. Assignment is scheduled to last roughly thirty-six (36) months. Job Description: • Responsible for calling Pfizer’s Animal Health customers regarding their past due invoices/balances. • Manage the dunning process, make collection calls, and draft customized communications dependent upon the collections situation. • Work with AR and Customer Service to resolve account discrepancies. • Escalate collection issues and make recommendations for third-party intervention or legal action. Qualifications: Include prior experience preferred, training and education preferred, and technical competencies. • Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated business acumen. • Ability to handle high volume, prioritize and organize activities, and make effective decisions. • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Collections experience preferred.
